Cancellation Policy – Multi-Week Courses:

I run a small, one-person studio, and spots in each course are very limited to maintain an intimate setting. Because of this, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 30+ days before the first session: Full refund minus processing fees, or 100% studio credit valid for 12 months.

  • 14–29 days before the first session: 50% refund, or 100% studio credit valid for 12 months.

  • 13 days or less before the first session: Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund.

Missed sessions are generally difficult to reschedule due to the course structure. That said, I understand that life happens. If you experience serious illness, injury, or another major unforeseen event, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to work something out when possible, though I can’t guarantee alternative arrangements or compensation.

You’re also welcome to transfer your spot to someone else if you give me prior notice.
