The Pottery Wheel Taster workshop is a one evening introduction to the process of throwing on the potter’s wheel.

The 2.5 hour session begins with a demonstration of the complete throwing process, followed by a couple hours of hands-on practice under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be invited to choose two pieces to keep. Your creations will be left at the studio to be fired and glazed in a solid color of your choice.

Kiln fired pottery will be available for collection approx. two to four weeks later.

Price includes all materials and firing fees.

All courses and workshops take place at Warthestr. 68 12051, Berlin.

Clay can be messy, wearing clothes and footwear you won’t mind getting dirty is recommended. Short finger nails are strongly suggested for the duration of the course!

Please note: Cancellation or change in booking are possible up to 7 days prior to the first session. Cancellation will be fully refunded minus the credit card/paypal processing fee. Due to the limited amount of work stations available, we can’t guarantee a make-up class in the case of nonattendance. In the special case of a serious illness, injury or major life event, please contact us. We reserve the right to decide if a reimbursement or cancellation is possible and each request will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
